These are a range of pasteurised mouldable cheese products that have been specifically designed for the Foodservice and manufacturing industry.
Pastes have been developed in a range of different cheese flavours and are available as ‘all natural’ clean label products containing no additives or alternatively with typical ‘E’ numbers which offer specific functional benefits.
Flavours include Cheddar, Gouda and Blue cheese pastes which can be used to add exceptional flavour to bakery goods and prepared meals.
